High Court orders installs Varinder Singh Kaka as Sarpanch Bhathalan. On this occassion Varinder Singh Kaka was greeted at Residence of Kewal Singh Dhillon by his Pol Secty Gurjeet Singh Brar. Varinder Singh Kaka told press reporters that Truth has won and he had full faith in judicial system of this country. He further elaborates that he will work under leadership of S. Kewal Singh Dhillon MLA Barnala.
